Send Obfuscated GradeBook
Send an obfuscated copy of your GradeBook to customer support for assistance. This creates a secure version where all student information is automatically replaced with encrypted values.
Requirements
- Valid License: ✅ Required
- Must be GradeBook: ✅ Required
- Premium: ❌ Not required
Accessing the Feature
- Open your GradeBook
- Click Extensions → GradeBook → Support → Send Obfuscated GradeBook
- The Send Obfuscated GradeBook sidebar will open

Privacy Protection
Your student data is completely protected. GradeBook will automatically:
- Creates a secure copy on your Google Drive
- Replaces all student data with irreversible encrypted values
- Removes revision history for additional security
- Ensures no sensitive information can be viewed by support
Describe Your Issue
Enter a description of the problem you’re experiencing. This helps the support team understand what to look for in your obfuscated GradeBook.

The Send button is disabled until you enter an issue description.
Tips
- Be specific: The more detail you provide about the problem, the faster support can help you
- Your data stays private: Support never sees real student names, emails, or personal information
- Check your email: You’ll receive a support response at the email address associated with your account
