View your GradeBook version and subscription status, upgrade your license, or get help from the support team.

• Must be GradeBook: ❌ Not required (works on any spreadsheet)
• Premium: ❌ Not required

Accessing the Feature

1. Open Google Sheets
2. Click Extensions → GradeBook → Support → Customer Support & Subscription Details
3. The Customer Support sidebar will open

Menu Cards

Version Status

Shows your current GradeBook version number.

Subscription Details

Displays your current subscription status:

• License type (Free, Premium, or Premium Plus)
• Subscription expiration date (if applicable)

Upgrade Options

Options to upgrade your subscription. Purchase or upgrade at Gdev Apps.

• Upgrade to Premium: Access performance colors, automatic import and report sending, custom report logos and more.

Advanced Support

For complex issues, you can send a privacy-protected copy of your GradeBook to the support team.

Click Send Obfuscated GradeBook to Support to open the obfuscation tool. This replaces student names and sensitive data before sending.
